Federal judge in NY denies bid to stop congestion pricing plan from going into effect

Some legal roadblocks aimed at derailing congestion pricing have been removed by a pair of New York judges, as the plan is just days away from going into effect. There is one remaining hurdle, which sits in the hands of a judge in New Jersey. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
