Family sues NYC after 1-year-old boy died from fentanyl at day care

The family of two children who fell ill following fentanyl exposure at their day is suing the state and city of New York for allegedly failing to properly inspect and license Divino Niño day care. NBC New York’s Gus Rosendale reports.
