Family says they will file lawsuit against ACS after Harlem boy's starvation death

The family of a 4-year-old boy who was allegedly starved to death by his parents is taking legal action. His family claims the warning signs were ignored by NYC’s Administration for Children’s Services, and the boy’s death could have been prevented. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
