Family of NJ Transit train operator killed in accident files lawsuit against agency

The family of the train operator killed Monday when an NJ Transit train slammed into a fallen tree has filed a lawsuit, claiming the agency didn’t do enough to protect passengers and its workers by failing to keep the tracks clear. NBC New York’s Adam Harding reports.
