Driver arrested in Guyana for deadly 2019 Christmas hit-and-run in Queens

Nearly 5 years later and after an international search, a man has been arraigned in a deadly hit and run in Queens that took the life of a father who had just left Christmas dinner at his son’s house. NBC New York’s Melissa Colorado reports.
