Daniel Penny case: New testimony from witness who helped hold down Jordan Neely

There was new testimony in Daniel Penny’s manslaughter trial in Manhattan from one of the witnesses. A man who helped pin down Jordan Neely’s hands while Penny held him in a chokehold on the subway took the stand, but that same witness also admitted to initially lying to police about what happened that day on the F train.
