Gov. Cuomo to Administer 1,100 Hydroxychloroquine and Zithromax Test

Gov. Cuomo is administering 1100 Hydroxychloroquine and Zithromax test. Additionally, Cuomo hopes to Open Javits Center, which has been converted into a field hospital, on Monday.
