Company accused of lying about replacing lead pipes in Newark

In a stunning case of alleged deception, investigators said a company hired to replace some of the nearly 20,000 lead pipes in Newark didn’t do their part — but they still billed the city for it. Now the city is left with the pain-staking process of finding the pipes and then replacing them. NBC New York’s Adam Harding reports.
