Bed-Stuy goldfish pond gets paved over, fish removed

The so-called Bed-Stuy aquarium is back in the news, but this time it’s because of what has become of it. What was once a pool of water from a leaking hydrant used to make a goldfish pond, has now been paved over to prevent the pond from returning — upsetting those who maintained the attraction.
