Bars Getting Ready for New York City's St. Patrick's Day Parade

The preps are underway for NYC’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade, three years to the day that the city ordered all bars and restaurants closed as the COVID pandemic struck. This year promises to be a very different celebration, with no restrictions for the first time since 2019. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
