Bronx memorial for infant twins found dead 4 years ago in mystery cold case

A community in the Bronx gathered to remember two infants who were found dead outside a building in 2020. The case is still a mystery, but detectives aren’t giving up hope of finding the twins’ killer and delivering justice in memory of the infants. NBC New York’s Marc Santia reports.
