A 32-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a 70-year-old man in the head in chest in Chelsea in some sort of domestic incident, authorities say.
Cops were called to a luxury apartment rental building on West 28th Street shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a stabbing. They found the man injured, but stable. The suspect had run off.
Later Tuesday, NYPD officials said she was in custody. She faces charges including assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon.
