Move Over, Zillow. Your Next Apartment May Be Listed on TikTok

TikTok’s latest challenge may be finding you a new home. Some savvy real estate agents are taking advantage of the massively popular app to show off their listings—and sometimes renting them out based on nothing but the video. Alexander Zakharin of GZB Realty in New York City has been posting virtual apartment tours on TikTok during the pandemic and tells LX News host Nik Z that it’s “changing the whole game.”
