On Wednesday night, Bill Telepan introduced his pop-up restaurant Telepan Tribeca in the Pecan Cafe space downtown. The restaurant, which is open on Wednesday through Friday for the next four weeks, is a "trial run" experiment. If it works, Telepan will take the spot over and turn it into a five-days-a-week dinner spot. The four-course, $45 set menu will change weekly and focus on the clean, seasonal dishes for which the chef is known at Judson Grill and Telepan. Hit play to scope out the first night of service.
