On the heels of the successful launch of her maternity line, Nicole for A Pea in the Pod, and the even more successful run for her line of costume jewelry, House of Harlow 1960, Nicole Richie's now going to be designing shoes and even more clothing.
Richie aimed to bring some of her trademark bohemian LA style to the preggers set, and unveiled a nice round-up of flowy maxi dresses and tunics for said dressers -- but with the news that she'll be working on clothing and shoes for fall, we're hoping it's for the mainstream market.
If her existing body of work is any indication, we look forward to more easy breezy hippie looks infused with enough fashion-y detailing to make them very much of-the-moment. Hopefully, that translates to New York in the winter as well as it does to our warm-weather West Coast counterpart.
