Attorney General Goes to Bat for NYC Tenants

A Lower East Side landlord with a stack of open violations tries to convince the Bankruptcy Court to let him toss the rent stabilized leases of tenants on rent strike. NYC and AG Tish James intervened today on behalf of the tenants. Melissa Russo reports.
