Arrest made after woman found dead in front of Queens home

In Queens, a man was arrested after allegedly killing a woman on the front steps of her home. The victim, 64-year-old Juliet Kashidas-Singh, was found just before 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Police said she knew her attacker. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
