Service on the 1 train was temporarily suspended in both directions between 96th Street and 137th Street-City College after a woman jumped onto the tracks Wednesday morning.
The woman was pulled off the trackbed alive and service resumed just after 8:35 a.m., though with extensive delays, the MTA said.
Fire officials say the woman was taken to a hospital in serious condition.
