Around 175 passengers were shepherded off the Staten Island Ferry when a fire broke out inside the control room Tuesday night, authorities say.
The FDNY said the ferry was evacuated for a minor fire as the boat was deboarding in Whitehall at about 6:45 p.m.
No one was hurt, and four employees were being evaluated.
