1 Dead, 1 Critical After Brothers Stabbed Post-Soccer Game in Wiliamsburg: NYPD

Two men were stabbed to death following a dispute in Brooklyn Sunday, police said.

Officers responded to an assault in progress in front of 215 Heyward St., where discovered two men with stab wounds at around 12:20 a.m., authorities said.

A 31-year-old man suffered stab wounds to his neck and torso, and a 29-year-old man suffered multiple stab wounds to his torso, neck and face.

Paramedics took the victims to Woodhull Hospital, where the 31-year-old was pronounced dead, police said. The 29-year-old is listed in critical, but stable condition.

Authorities said the men were brothers who had just finished playing soccer at the time. An argument allegedly took place, which led to the stabbing.

It's unclear how many suspects there are.

There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
