In a tragedy on Long Island, a 15-year-old boy was charged with murder and attempted murder as prosecutors alleged he stabbed his own grandmother to death and seriously injured his mom over what investigators said was a rampage that stemmed from a fight over the teen’s computer. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.

The roof collapsed during a show at a popular nightclub in Santo Domingo. Among the victims killed was former Mets and Yankees pitcher Octavio Dotel, who was pulled from the rubble alive but later died at the hospital. Rescue crews are still pulling out survivors from the debris. NBC New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports.
