The NYPD is buying back guns and assault rifles this weekend at churches in the Bronx, offering $200 per weapon.
The no-questions-asked offer will take place Saturday; those who turn in guns will get a pre-paid card. (Shotguns, airguns and other rifles are eligible for $25 cards).
Two churchs are taking part - the Fellowship Tabernacle on Praise at 1234B E. Gun Hill Rd. and the Evangelical Garifuna Church at 344 Brook Ave.
Similar events in Queens and Harlem earlier this year each reportedly netted more than 80 guns.
