A 28-story high rise is being evacuated as authorities respond to a basement fire in the building.
Authorities say the call about the blaze at the building on Eastchester Road came in shortly after 2 p.m.
There were reports of multiple manhole transformer fires and lots of smoke, the FDNY said.
No injuries were reported.
