That tiny rumble you felt last night might not have been an old radiator or noisy neighbor -- parts of the tri-state were shaken by a minor earthquake.
The US Geological Survey announced that a magnitude 1.0 earthquake rumbled parts of Greenwich, Connecticut, and Port Chester, New York, at about midnight on Tuesday.
One geologist told The Journal News, which first reported the earthquake, that most people would have barely felt the rumble and that they're not very rare occurrences in the two border towns.
