A 52-year-old man has died after the SUV he was driving crossed three lanes of traffic and flip over on a Bronx expressway, police said.
The unidentified man was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban on the southbound lanes of the Bruckner Expressway near Coddington Avenue at about 10:24 p.m. when his car struck the center median, according to authorities.
He crossed all three lanes of traffic then struck a guard rail, making his car overturn, police said.
The man was taken to Jacobi Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No other injuries were reported. The NYPD is investigating the crash.
