The Iceland volcano has even put the World Wrestling Entertainment in a headlock.
The majority of the WWE’s superstars were stuck overseas forcing the wrestling company to rewrite the televised show, “Monday Night Raw” at the IZOD center in East Rutherford, NJ.
And it was an SNL skit that came to the rescue.
Will Forte playing the character and promoting his new movie “MacGruber” appeared on the show alongside Triple H and other stars of “Smackdown” who weren’t on the European tour.

MacGruber ended up in the ring after he apparently blew up the wrestler who was supposed to be in the match.
SNL star Kristen Wiig and actor Ryan Phillipe who are both in the “MacGruber” movie also helped fill the time for the live show.
WWE says on its website that even though the show went on, you can get a refund starting Tuesday at noon at the IZOD Center’s box office only, and fans have until noon on Friday to cash in.
Tickets for the show went from $20 to $78.
WWE stars John Cena, Randy Orton and Sheamus and others were all stranded in Belfast, Ireland because of canceled flights due to the ash from the volcano in Iceland.
